eLearning Design
While I am unable to share proprietary eLearning modules from my previous roles, I have designed interactive training for both compliance topics and call flow procedures in a high-volume call center environment. These projects included scenario-based learning, process walkthroughs, and knowledge checks to support retention and application on the job.
I am currently building mock courses in Articulate 360 to showcase my design approach and technical skills.
